The Countertop System has a 2.5 gallon total capacity: 1.5 gallons of filtered water & 1 gallon of unfiltered water
The Countertop System will filter a gallon of water every 20-30 minutes.
We recommend you replace the Enfinity™ Filter every 90 days. The performance indicator light will turn from white to yellow when you have ~10 days left of filter life to allow you enough time to modify your filter subscription if you need a new filter sooner.
Yes, the Countertop System is 17 inches tall to fit conveniently under your cabinets.
Yes, the spout is 6.4 inches from the bottom to allow you to fit most common water glasses and pint glasses.
No, the Countertop System comes with four AAA batteries pre-installed that powers the performance indicator system. These should last 1 year before they need to be replaced.

I had been looking for a new water system since I have been frustrated by my Berkey for a few years. That old thing would take 36 hours to process one single gallon of water. But the Rorra was super simple to set up and up and going in under an hour with fresh water. It takes about 1 minute now to refill my gallon! Since I no longer have to be a water grinch, I now fill my pet bowls and several other containers with water per day. It’s literally changed my life! It’s also smaller in height and much better looking than that Berkey!

My wife got this and I didn’t plan on using it as I’ve always been a tap water drinker. We just received our Rorra Water Filtration System and we love it!! We're excited about not having to buy plastic bottles for water anymore and that we're on our way to healthier water!! Set-up and using the water system was a breeze which was nice, fits perfectly on our countertop and we enjoy it. One thing I wish was if the handle was stainless steel too so that it felt more premium, other than that we like it and hope it continues to impress.
