Refund policy

Warranty

We promise your water filter system for 12 months from the date of delivery (except for the filter element which is assured for 90 days) against all defects in materials and workmanship, when used in compliance with the owner’s manual. 

If the product proves to be defective within 12 months from the date of delivery, please contact our customer service. During the quality assurance period, we will replace or repair any part that is deemed to be defective. The product must not have been subjected to tampering, alteration, improper use after delivery, and has not been previously repaired by the manufacturer.

The product is not promised against misuse, use in abnormal operation temperature conditions, conditions outside listed operating parameters or use in commercial operations. We are not responsible for damage in transit and claims for such damage.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
