The Countertop System has a 2.5 gallon total capacity: 1.5 gallons of filtered water & 1 gallon of unfiltered water
The Countertop System will filter a gallon of water every 20-30 minutes.
We recommend you replace the Enfinity™ Filter every 90 days. The performance indicator light will turn from white to yellow when you have ~10 days left of filter life to allow you enough time to modify your filter subscription if you need a new filter sooner.
Yes, the Countertop System is 17 inches tall to fit conveniently under your cabinets.
Yes, the spout is 6.4 inches from the bottom to allow you to fit most common water glasses and pint glasses.
No, the Countertop System comes with four AAA batteries pre-installed that powers the performance indicator system. These should last 1 year before they need to be replaced.

I’m a mom of 3 little kids and have recently become aware of how terrible our local drinking water is. I can’t find anything I like this much that filters more harmful contaminants. Needed for all the formula and bottles I make! Huge added plus that it’s clearly high quality material, looks good in my kitchen and doesn’t need to hand off the edge of the counter.

Absolutely loving the Rorra I got for my family of 4! I normally expect this kind of thing to be hard to set up but it literally took 5 minutes to get it working once it arrived.
