Our Rorra Countertop System is crafted with premium, long-lasting stainless steel materials to minimize the use of plastics in order to create a system that is elegant, highly effective and user-friendly. We work with the NSF and other NSF Accredited Labs in order to test our system safety and efficacy at reducing a broad spectrum of contaminants, such as Chlorine, Microplastics, PFAS Chemicals, Lead and more.

The Countertop System will filter a gallon of water every 20-30 minutes.
We recommend you replace the Enfinity™ Filter every 90 days. The performance indicator light will turn from white to yellow when you have ~10 days left of filter life to allow you enough time to modify your filter subscription if you need a new filter sooner.
Yes, the Countertop System is 17 inches tall to fit conveniently under your cabinets.
Yes, the spout is 6.4 inches from the bottom to allow you to fit most common water glasses and pint glasses.
No, the Countertop System comes with four AAA batteries pre-installed that powers the performance indicator system. These should last 1 year before they need to be replaced.

Living in Los Angeles, the city water is full of who knows what! After the fires there were warnings that the water wasn't drinkable. I live alone with two large dogs and consume a lot of water. I was buying Fuji water by the case for about $500 every two weeks, this was insane. After days of research I discovered Rorra. Other than the issue with the inability to filter fluoride, I found it to be the best water filter for my needs. Rorra has a sexy look, beautiful stainless steel and no plastic. My routine is fill it up at night and the next morning fill up a few bottles and use them during the day. After filling up the bottles, I refilled Rorra so I have water standing by. I have enough for drinking water and to fill the dog bowls. I should also mention that the water taste great. Bravo Rorra, well done.

I had been reluctant to get a countertop water system, especially at the high price point for Rorra. But after trying a Brita dispenser and looking into an under counter system, this seemed like the best option. I’m hoping that the filters last longer than 90 days as they are supposed to filter 200 gallons. That would be over 2 gallons per day, and I am only using a gallon a day.
Regardless, I can definitely taste the difference in my water and the system feels really solid. I know a lot of people have been talking about the handle being plastic, but it seems just fine to me. It looks like the same mechanics that are used for draft beer at a bar, and those handles are never made of metal - always wood or plastic so this is normal for me.
I am really enjoying my Rorra, this was a good investment in my health.
